I woke up today to an almost unbelievable news: Michael Jackson is dead.
First, I thought that maybe it was just a rumour, but it was confirmed by the numerous articles posted everywhere on the web. It’s shocking to lose one of the icons of music everywhere. As most of us, I remember starting to discover music because of him and his great talent. His concert in Romania is marked in my memories for ever. I recall watching it on TV and trying to figure out how can one person generate so much energy and how his talent can be so overwhelming. I still can’t figure it out today.
I always thought that, in order to acomplish something great, you have to go through a lot of pain and torments. I guess this stands for MJ. I read that he had trouble finding his place in the world and it’s understandable. It’s hard to have such a great talent and to be, at the same time, as everyone else. It’s impossible actually.
May he rest in peace and I hope that he has found the right place for him. He will for ever last in our memories through his incredible music.
